Trainee lawyer/lawyer associate Corporate Law/Litigation

Are you that enthusiastic, energetic and motivated attorney with experience in bankruptcy law, procedural law and general corporate law? Then we are looking for you! To expand our Corporate Law and Insolvency Law & Restructuring section, location 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for an advanced trainee lawyer / associate lawyer.

Who are we?

Our Corporate Law / Insolvency & Restructuring section, which unites several specializations, has enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated lawyers. We work as a team and are well informed of developments at key players in the field, such as banks, "ordinary" creditors and the Tax Authorities. When advising, our lawyers use the knowledge and experience they have gained as receivers in bankruptcies or as administrators in moratoriums.

Who are you?

We are looking for an advanced attorney trainee / attorney associate with work experience between 3-5 years, who has focused in the areas of bankruptcy law, procedural law and general corporate law.

You have a high level of knowledge, the ambition to continue to grow and a strong character. We particularly value independence, analytical thinking skills and a practical, commercial and client-oriented attitude. You have an eye for commercial opportunities and acquisition and are an inquisitive, enthusiastic team player. It goes without saying that you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

• A full-time (40 hours) or part-time position for 32 hours per week;
