Current events Tenancy law 's-Hertogenbosch

Also this autumn, three seminars on “Current Events in Tenancy Law” from the real estate section of BANNING N.V. are on the programme. Egbert Schelhaas will discuss the most important developments in the field of tenancy law. He does this on the basis of recent court rulings. He links practical tips to this.

These topics include:

  • Can the landlord rent to a competing tenant?
  • Can a landlord collect the fines from the ROZ model?
  • The termination of a lease for commercial space or residential space due to renovation;
  • Liability of the broker for failure to investigate the destination;
  • Eviction due to illegal subletting;
  • Defects in the rented property, such as continued vacancy;
  • How a rental guarantee works;
  • Is a right of first purchase transferred?
  • New legislation;
  • Can a landlord do something about a legal division of his tenant?
  • Rent and asbestos.

Of course, there will be the opportunity to ask questions during and after the seminar. There are no costs associated with participating.

Unfortunately you can no longer register for this seminar.
