Masterclass “Litigation on appeal and cassation in employment law”

Do you sometimes find litigating on appeal difficult? Do you ever have doubts about the formulation of (incidental) grievances and the devolutionary effect? Does your client want to know whether a cassation (of the other party) is feasible?

We would like to invite you to the masterclass “Litigation on appeal and cassation in employment law“.

During this masterclass:

• we provide tips on how to litigate on appeal, with a view to a possible cassation
• we will take you through the course of events in a cassation procedure
• We would like to tell you how we can help you with this as a colleague
• we will update you on recent HR case law within employment law and
• you can network with colleagues.

For following this masterclass you will receive 1 PO point as part of the Continuing Legal Profession Training.
