Seminar “Cross-border entrepreneurship, staggering debtors in Belgium and the Netherlands”

Every entrepreneur has to deal with it every now and then: poor or non-paying customers. National borders and associated laws and regulations often do not make debt collection easier. 
 
During the seminar, lawyers from Schoups and Banning will inform you about your rights and options for the collection of debts in Belgium. where a comparison is made with the Netherlands. Pitfalls will be identified and tips and tricks will be given for daily practice.
 
Schoups is a dynamic law firm with more than 80 passionate lawyers with offices in Antwerp and Brussels.

The presentation is provided by experienced specialists in the field of corporate and insolvency law from both Schoups and Banning.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 3:45 PM (reception from 3:30 PM), at the offices of Banning Lawyers in 's-Hertogenbosch.

The seminar lasts until approximately 5 p.m. We conclude with a drink, where there is an opportunity to ask additional questions. This seminar has room for 40 participants. It is also possible to attend the seminar digitally.
