Seminar: Gaining insight into Labor Conflicts – Important learning material for professionals
We would like to invite you to participate in our seminar “Understanding labor conflicts“.
Labor conflicts in the workplace often lead to absenteeism, absenteeism or dismissal. They often start small, but can develop into a disrupted employment relationship as a result of a disruption in communication or misunderstanding. In our seminar we provide you with (practical) tools to prevent, de-escalate and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
The approach of the seminar is pragmatic and interactive. Using concrete examples from our practice and case law, we will discuss the theme from various perspectives. After the seminar you will be fully updated and you can immediately put the acquired knowledge into practice.
You will receive answers to questions such as:
- How can labor conflicts be prevented and resolved?
- How to act if inappropriate behavior leads to an employment conflict?
- What to do if a conflict arises during illness and what is the role of the company doctor?
-
What is the added value of mediation?
- When is dismissal appropriate in an employment dispute?
- In which cases is fair compensation due and what is the amount?
- What is the role of a lawyer?
- What is the latest state of affairs in case law on labor disputes?
