BANNING Opleidingen is organizing another exclusive study trip for family inheritance lawyers in 2019. This year we are going to Naples in Italy! During this study trip, hard work is combined with a lot of fun.

When?

The course will be held from Wednesday 18 to Saturday 21 September 2019. We will all fly from Amsterdam Schiphol to Naples on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 and return during the day on Sunday, September 22, 2019.

During this study trip we will stay in the beautiful Royal Continental Hotel< /a>. Fifteen students have now registered. Our aim is to have a maximum of thirty participants.

Teachers and course content

Bart Breederveld
First experiences limited community of property, difficult aspects associated with (the division of) the community of property, such as attachment, exclusion clause and substitution of property and the position of the entrepreneur.

Alexander Labohm
Difficult aspects surrounding alimony and entrepreneurs and changes to spousal maintenance rules.

Louis Zonnenberg
Latest developments regarding prenuptial agreements, the periodic settlement clause, against the background of general doctrine and the position of the entrepreneur.

Regi Melchers
Transactional analysis and targeted management in communication

What will this study trip bring you?

In addition to a lot of fun, of course, knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer involves points and for this study trip you will receive no fewer than 18 legal points. 6 skill points. In addition to the course hours, a relaxing program will be drawn up, which will also include sufficient time to discover Naples together and individually. Every evening we will dine together in a pre-selected restaurant that will meet the highest expectations.

Course price

The price for this study trip has been kept the same as last year's study trip in Valencia and amounts to € 2,900 excluding VAT  based on a double room. A surcharge applies for a single room. For this price the study trip is completely complete, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast, dinner and all course facilities. Would your partner also like to come to beautiful Naples? Of course that is possible! The costs for the partner amount to €1,450.
