Banning Opleidingen, a training institute recognized by the NOvA, invites you to the Current Events in Civil Procedural Law held by M.A.J.G. Janssen, cassation lawyer at Banning.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM. There are no costs associated with participation. 1 training point is associated with following this course in the context of the Permanent Training in the Legal Profession.

During the webinar we will discuss:

  • Binding advice clause
  • Taking over trustee (Articles 25 and 27 Fw), role decision, bankrupt's appeal
  • Execution dispute / suspension on appeal

  • Principle of immediacy and change of judges

  • Claim filed by VOF, counterclaim against individual partners?, new defenses on appeal
  • Opposition to court fees
  • Sanction of inadmissibility under art. 3:301 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code in the event of a non-registered legal remedy
