Current Affairs Contract Law webinar held by M.A.J.G. Janssen, cassation lawyer at Banning.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM. Participation is free of charge. 1 training point is associated with taking this course in the context of the Permanent Training in the Legal Profession.

During the webinar we will discuss:

• Removal of error and scope of damages (Article 6:97 of the Dutch Civil Code)
• First explain the agreement and then qualify the content
• Causal relationship and reversal rule
• Debtor's default, deadline?
• Explanation of discharge clause
• Bailment DGA and art. 1:88 paragraph 5 BW
• Is a sunset clause that shortens the statutory limitation period or expiration period unreasonably onerous?

Immediately afterwards you will receive a questionnaire from us. You must return this within 10 minutes. If you answer all questions correctly, you will receive proof of participation from us.
