Litigation Support
Banning Lawyers has a highly experienced Litigation Support Department with an excellent reputation. We can perform for you all administrative work related to roll call cases in the courts (including subdistrict cases) and courts of appeal. Many law firms call on our knowledge and experience in litigation support.As of September 1, 2022, Marc (M.A.J.G.) Janssen succeeds Philip van der Ven as litigator. Now that most procedural documents in roller cases can be submitted digitally, Marc Janssen can act for you as litigator nationwide. Marc Janssen is also a cassation lawyer. If necessary, you can engage him to advise on and conduct cassation and preliminary ruling proceedings.
If required, we can also provide support and advice on the timing of rolling cases.
Helma Verhallen manages the Litigation Support Department. She has years of experience in the field of litigation support. Together with Annemiek Brouwers-de Waardt, she is happy to assist you with advice, file procedural documents and monitor the deadlines for you.
