Care & authority
To reduce the risk of children becoming the victims of a divorce or separation, parents should make proper arrangements for the children when they break up a relationship. When you decide to separate, you are obliged to record these agreements in a parenting plan . This includes, at least, agreements on the division of the care and upbringing of the children and how you will provide each other with information and consult each other on important issues. How the costs of caring for and raising the children will be divided is also a mandatory part of the parenting plan. In addition, you are free to include other agreements in the parenting plan.
We strive to help you reach agreements about the children by mutual agreement as much as possible. Our experience as mediators helps us with this. If you cannot reach an agreement together, we can take the dispute to court.
