Experienced Lawyer Administrative & Environmental Law

To strengthen our Real Estate, Construction & Environment department we are looking for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic lawyer with at least ten years of experience, specialising in administrative law with a focus on environmental law. 

Our team

Our Real Estate, Construction & Environment department consists of seven enthusiastic, driven and experienced lawyers. The practice is very diverse and therefore particularly challenging. Our clients include government agencies, developers, construction companies, financial institutions, retailers, investors and housing corporations.

About half of the section works in Amsterdam and the other half in 's-Hertogenbosch. We invite candidates who either live near Amsterdam or near 's-Hertogenbosch.

Within the section you will mainly be active in the field of administrative, environmental and possibly environmental law. This includes advising and litigating on area development, zoning plans, environmental permits and enforcement issues.

Your qualities

We are looking for yan experienced lawyer with:

• at least ten years' experience in administrative and environmental law;
• excellent legal knowledge and the ability to advise and litigate at a high level;
• a commercial attitude and the ambition to expand the practice.
• a collegial and proactive working attitude, with excellent communication skills.

You have the drive to solve complex legal issues and are able to advise and guide clients independently.
