Banning advised the founder and sole shareholder in the sale and delivery of all shares in the capital of Kinderdagverblijf Baloe Almere B.V. to BLOS Kinderopvang B.V., part of the childcare chain Babilou Family Nederland which in turn is part of the originally French Babilou Family.

Baloe is a childcare center with two branches in Almere. BLOS has been part of Babilou Family Nederland since 2021.

The deal team consisted of Jan Willem Reesink and Peter Kruit.
