Karmijn Kapitaal, a private equity investor in Dutch SME companies, has now (indirectly) acquired its industry colleague Rendemens, after health and safety service provider Equilar. This (add-on) acquisition allows Equilar to expand its services and offer them to a larger group of customers and further focus on innovation.
