Atlantic Capital B.V. has sold the commercial property in which VIBA B.V. (formerly: Vereenigde Ingenieursbureaux "VIBA" N.V.) is located to a group company of VIBA B.V. The transaction is a continuation of the share transaction late last year, in which Atlantic Capital sold its (indirect) 100% interest in the share capital of VIBA B.V. to Oryx Chemical S.A.S. VIBA is a technical trading company focused on the marketing and sales of chemical and mechanical fastening solutions for manufacturing companies, the aerospace industry and the automotive aftermarket in the Netherlands and Belgium. Atlantic Capital is an independent investment company and focuses on investing in companies where there is growth or improvement potential.
