Banning recently assisted in the acquisition in which KEKI Invest B.V. acquired the 60% of the shares in de Jong Speciality Bakery and also acquired 50% of the shares in the associated real estate company. De Jong Specialiteitbakkerij B.V. is engaged in the preparation of artisan cakes with unique flavors for retail, catering and food service. The parties have a joint ambition to expand and grow the business.
