Henk Brat has recently successfully completed the specialization training to become an MfN mediator and is now registered with the Mediatorsfederatie Nederland (MfN) as an MfN registered mediator. He specializes in business disputes and in particular (shareholder) disputes within companies and disputes within professional service providers. Henk is curious and can listen openly and without judgment in order to allow parties to reach a better solution themselves than without mediation.
