Call Agnes
Agnes is a specialist in the field of divorce, alimony, asset settlement (including prenuptial agreements, cohabitation contracts, etc.), custody, care/access arrangements (including the parenting plan) and everything related to it. She advises and – where necessary – litigates on disputes related to the above. She is also regularly asked by clients, but also fellow lawyers or financial advisors, to provide a second opinion. She also provides advice, whether binding or not, in difficult and complex cases.
Many of her clients are entrepreneurs (or their partners), but non-entrepreneurs also know where to find her.
Her goal is to make sustainable agreements through consultation, in which mutual interests are the starting point. Not only the legal aspects, but also the person behind the divorce is important to her. The aim is a win-win situation for everyone involved. However, where necessary, it can also commit itself to a procedure and go straight to its goal.
Agnes also has years of experience on 'the other side of the table', first as a deputy judge and now as a deputy judge at the appeal court. She also has many years of experience as a much sought-after lecturer in the field of alimony, where her audience is lawyers, financial advisors, mediators and/or judges.
Clients describe Agnes as a committed lawyer, who can be empathetic, listening, involved, professional and decisive, but also direct and clear.
