Call Arjen
Arjen has been active in real estate since 1997 and has been a real estate lawyer since 2000. He advises and litigates in particular on real estate transactions and investments, commercial tenancy law (VHA, cum laude), construction law, purchase and delivery, project development and real estate-related corporate law.
Many of Arjen's clients are themselves active in real estate, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Think of investors, family offices, investors, contractors, project developers and real estate financiers. But he also assists companies that are not themselves active in real estate. After all, almost every company comes into contact with real estate, if only because the company is run from an office, shop, hotel, warehouse, logistics center, etc. Arjen also acts for franchise chains.
Arjen's working method can best be summarized as follows: practical when possible, in detail and sharp when necessary, but always enthusiastic and involved. Furthermore, he always looks carefully (in addition to the interests at stake) at the characters of those involved and the other party. Often that is precisely where the profit lies.
Arjen hears from clients that he is “to the point”, can think strategically and often comes up with creative solutions.
