Carlijn is an experienced litigator. She specialises in advising and litigating on matters including shareholder disputes, breach of warranties and indemnities, liability, class actions and commercial contracts. She also has extensive experience in attachment and enforcement law. Before joining Banning, Carlijn worked for more than 10 years at Loyens & Loeff and Van Doorne.
