Call Chris
Chris works in general civil practice, mainly in the areas of construction law, procurement law and project development. He is mainly active in non-residential construction, infrastructure, apartment complexes and residential construction. Chris has gained years of experience in these areas, both in consultancy work and in litigation before the court, the court of appeal and the Council of Arbitration for Construction. Real estate as an area of interest in a broad sense is one of his interests and field of work. This includes project development, expropriation and administrative law. Because of his interest in horses, Chris has acquired special knowledge in the field of equestrian law.
Chris' clients are predominantly contractors and project developers.
His preference is to find solutions out of court, but of course procedures are often unavoidable. It is important for a lawyer to think out of the box, to know the industry in which he works inside and out and to be the right discussion partner for persons or organizations active in construction.
