Henk specializes in Corporate Law with a particular focus on complex negotiations, disputes, procedures, arbitration and corporate litigation. He assists clients in shareholder disputes, disputes in professional service firms and disputes within companies. In practice, Henk mainly acts for entrepreneurs, directors and investors.
