Kim will be HR manager at Banning from October 2021. In this role she is responsible for HR policy. Her aim is a working environment where people feel empowered. It inspires Kim to work together on intrinsically motivated and healthy employees.
Kim is a passionate HR professional and career coach with more than 15 years of experience. She previously worked in the high-tech sector, food, welfare and tourism. Her broad experience in advising managers on HR issues, combined with an eye for the people behind it, means that she offers added value to every layer in the organization.
