Kim will be HR manager at Banning from October 2021. In this role she is responsible for HR policy. Her aim is a working environment where people feel empowered. It inspires Kim to work together on intrinsically motivated and healthy employees.
Kim is a passionate HR professional and career coach with more than 15 years of experience. She previously worked in the high-tech sector, food, welfare and tourism.
