Leonie is HR manager at Banning Lawyers as of September 2024. In this position, she is responsible for HR policies and projects. Her goal is a work environment where people are empowered and go to work with energy and joy.
As an HR professional, Leonie has extensive experience in various HR positions in different sectors. Previously, she worked in industry, FMCG, transportation and ICT. Through her broad experience in both advising managers on HR issues and developing and implementing HR policies, combined with her strong people-oriented approach, she adds value to every layer of the organization.
