Lieke is a specialist in the field of corporate law. Previously, she worked for more than nine years as a corporate law lawyer at Van Doorne, among others, and she worked for almost five years as a corporate lawyer for various companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences/bio-tech industries. She advises companies on various corporate law issues, such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, joint ventures and other forms of collaboration.

Lieke has a specific affinity with healthcare providers and (start-up and scale-up) companies and investors in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech/life-sciences industry.

Lieke is energetic, driven and enjoys collaboration. She thinks in terms of opportunities and possibilities and likes to convert complex legal issues into pragmatic and immediately applicable advice.
