Michiel's practice consists of various employment law cases for clients in various sectors. He has extensive consultancy and litigation experience in the areas of individual and collective dismissal, absenteeism, employee participation, unlawful competition, assessing and drafting employment law contracts and collective labor agreement issues. Michiel also provides (in-house) courses for management, HR and directors.
Michiel assists companies in, among others, (dental and animal) care, education, industry, retail and construction. He also advises employees at management and board level on their employment law position. Michiel's greatest motivation is to relieve his clients' worries by acting proactively and decisively.
