Minos mainly focuses on contract law and competition law. He advises and litigates on commercial contracts, more specifically distribution, agency, franchise and collaboration agreements. Minos also advises on compliance programs, cartel agreements, abuse of a dominant position, and supervises notifications of mergers and acquisitions.
Minos mainly works for medium to large companies and trade associations, which are active in various sectors, such as the automotive industry, retail, consumer electronics, construction, fashion and (organic) food.
