N. (Niels) Lubach

Niels focuses on real estate and rental law. His particular focus is on advising and litigating in construction law, tenancy law and all other property-related issues. This includes advising on property transactions, resolving construction disputes, as well as disputes arising out of the purchase and delivery of property and advising on the rental and leasing of property. 

Niels mainly represents contractors, property developers, investors and landlords.  However, tenants and clients also know where to find Niels. His clientele mainly comprises a multitude of entrepreneurs and private individuals who call on Niels for advice and/or to settle a real estate dispute. 

Niels enjoys the variety and diversity of challenges within all facets of real estate and rental law. Each issue is unique and requires a unique approach. In consultation with his clients, Niels aims to strive for the best possible solution. His enormous drive and need to further improve himself and his colleagues help to achieve that best possible solution every single time in order to best serve the interests of his clients.
