Stéfanie's practice covers all aspects of employment law. For example, she advises and litigates on individual dismissal cases and reorganizations, integrity issues, transgressive behavior in the workplace, (changes to) employment conditions, sick employees, file construction, dysfunction, labor conflicts, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses and employee participation.
Stéfanie represents as lawyer represents the interests of companies (including in healthcare, retail and business services), (statutory) directors and employees. She frequently acts as a strategic consultation partner for management and HR and enjoys delving into the world of her clients in order to achieve the best possible ( practical and sustainable) solution. The skills that Stéfanie has acquired as a mediator come in handy.
In addition to being an employment law lawyer, Stéfanie is also a registered mediator and other business disputes (such as conflicts within a board, partnership, team or shareholders).
Stéfanie also fulfills the role of External Confidential Advisor at organizations. In this context, she guides complainants/reporters, provides information to the organization and provides the board/management with (un)solicited advice. In addition, as an External Confidential Advisor, Stéfanie is responsible for reporting for the annual report.
