Suzan is a specialist in the field of employment law and privacy law, which areas she combines with pleasure. Her work ranges from (collective) reorganisations, individual dismissal cases and  advice in the field of collective labor agreement law to guiding GDPR compliance processes. She is also involved in labor law cassation proceedings before the Supreme Court.

Suzan works for medium-sized and large companies in various sectors, including non-food retail and the healthcare and cultural sector. She also assists employees in individual dismissal cases, especially at management and director level.  Finding the best way to Rome by listening carefully and moving from a 'problem' to a solution is what challenges her. Suzan's approach is personal and accessible, and she likes to build sustainable cooperation with her customers. This leads, among other things, to being able to respond quickly and deliver a solution tailored to the customer and issue.
