It seems to be a trend: reporting online on the renovation of courthouses. The former Palace of Justice in Den Bosch, which housed the district court and court of appeal until 1999, has been leased by Banning Advocaten for a few years now. The building, also a national monument, was in need of a major renovation. This can be followed via the office website and YouTube: in four episodes, the entire process is portrayed.
