Trainee lawyer or associate lawyer Corporate Litigation

Litigation is something you can learn! For our Corporate Litigation team in Den Bosch and Amsterdam, we are looking for an ambitious trainee lawyer or associate lawyer (0-5 years' experience).

Who are we?

Corporate Litigation at Banning means working on complex disputes within companies. Think shareholder disputes, conflicts between directors or holders of depositary receipts - issues with major interests. We litigate at a high level: from the courts to the Enterprise Chamber. Yet we do so slightly differently. Whereas this practice is often found in Amsterdam, we combine the dynamics of the Randstad with the down-to-earth, accessible atmosphere of Den Bosch.

Our department is small enough to work closely together, but big enough to surround you with knowledge and ambition. Carlijn, your direct colleague and mentor, is known for her enthusiasm and her ability to really train you. With us, you get the space to learn, grow and prove yourself in court.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with:
• Drive. Motivation and eagerness to learn are paramount. You want to sink your teeth into challenging cases and continue to develop yourself.
• Experience or interest in Business Law and/or Civil Procedure. Just graduated? No problem, as long as you have the right attitude.
• Self-assurance. You are not afraid to speak up, even when the going gets tough in court.
• Eye for quality. You deliver good work and are critical of yourself and others.

You also have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
