Banning is proud to have 5square advised its investment in The Skin Clinic.
The deal team consisted of Jan Willem Reesink and Jasper Huiskes. Other Banning colleagues who were involved are Arjen de Bruijn, Lieke van Aarssen, Ranee van der Straaten, Floortje Eijdems and Milan van Woensel.
The Skin Clinic was founded in 2003 and, with 12 clinics, is the largest provider of skin therapy in the Netherlands, with about 50 certified and BIG-registered skin therapists. The Huidkliniek offers large-scale skin therapeutic treatments, skin rejuvenating treatments, fat freezing and laser treatments, using the most advanced light and laser equipment.
