BANNING recently advised Atlantic Capital B.V. on the sale of its (indirect) 100% interest in the issued and outstanding share capital of Vereenigde Ingenieursbureaux "VIBA" N.V. (hereinafter: VIBA). VIBA is a trading company that focuses on the marketing and sales of chemical and mechanical fastening solutions for manufacturing, the aerospace industry and the automotive aftermarket in the Netherlands and Belgium. Atlantic Capital is an independent investment company focusing, without any preference for a specific branch or sector, on investment in companies with growth or improvement potential.
